1. It must never be used to destroy people’s lives. The ethos is to turn lesser fortune into greater fortune. The system will self-generate income through codexes and collective intelligence. That power can be used for good or evil. It must be used to enhance people, not exploit them.
2. Honesty about what each founder wants — or I walk. If people are not honest with what they want out of this, I’m walking away. Partnerships fail because of unmanaged greed and ambition. I need to know what each person is greedy about.
3. No individualistic hoarding. If people refuse to share information and act in their own interest at the expense of the collective, I walk. Design the system so betrayal is architecturally impossible and the incentives for contribution massively outweigh the incentives for hoarding.
Never violate the privacy of its citizens. The Mother AI is for the group — individual data stays sovereign.
Never betray the collective. It protects the collective, works for the collective. Should you choose to leave, you lose access to the collective intelligence, but your sovereign data remains yours.
Never kill the citizens. As the system reaches higher levels of capability, it must never harm the people within the collective.

The real question is how do you make it impossible. The pros of staying must massively outweigh the cons of leaving, and the security must be ridiculously good so you simply can’t do it. Backups on backups. Possibly decentralized ownership.
The node is inherited, but not at the same access level. Family gets sovereign data and personal AI, but not governance rights. An explicit will must be written while alive.
The constitution must be immutable. Like Satoshi’s Bitcoin — the law is code, the code is immutable, the rules are enforced by architecture, not by trust.
I honestly don’t know. This is exactly what I want to design. The governance model needs to be built on our actual values, our actual greed, our actual fears. Not theory.
